Program Information

Designed for highly committed competitive swimmers training at or near the provincial level. Athletes in these programs demonstrate strong technical ability, dedication to improvement, and readiness for higher training volume and intensity.

Training emphasizes advanced stroke mechanics, underwater skills, starts, turns, race strategies, and performance preparation through focused coaching, technical correction, and video analysis. Swimmers receive regular feedback and are expected to compete consistently at age- and skill-appropriate competitions throughout the season.

Attendance expectations are high to support performance development, and athletes are encouraged to demonstrate commitment, punctuality, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic. In addition to athletic progression, the program fosters goal setting, leadership, resilience, and personal growth both in and out of the pool.

Designed for swimmers building the skills, confidence, and commitment required for competitive swimming. Programs within this group support athletes ranging from ambitious beginners to experienced swimmers developing toward higher-performance training.

Training focuses on establishing strong fundamentals across all four strokes, including technique, starts, turns, breakouts, underwater skills, and race basics. Swimmers learn how to train effectively, control effort and pacing, and apply technical feedback in a structured team environment. As athletes progress, training volume and intensity gradually increase while maintaining an emphasis on proper technique and discipline.

Swimmers are encouraged to participate in in-house time trials, development meets, and age-appropriate competitions to build racing experience, confidence, and team connection. The program promotes sportsmanship, goal setting, perseverance, self-discipline, and a love for the sport, while fostering friendships and personal growth both in and out of the water.

This group introduces young swimmers to the fundamentals of swimming in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. Programs are designed for beginners and developing swimmers who are still building water confidence and foundational skills before entering competitive pathways.

Athletes focus on basic body position, floating, kicking, breathing, and early stroke development across all four competitive strokes. Sessions use games, drills, and engaging activities to promote skill progression while ensuring swimmers feel safe, successful, and motivated in the water.

Participation emphasizes enjoyment, confidence building, and social development rather than competition. Swimmers develop comfort in the aquatic environment, learn to follow instruction in a group setting, and build friendships while gaining valuable life skills that support future progression in swimming or other activities.

Masters Swimming is a blend of fitness and competitive swimming for adults 19 years of age and over. The regular structured workouts use techniques of interval training in an atmosphere of fun, fitness, friendship, and participation.
