Photo Release

By registering for Muskoka Aquatic Club, the athlete or his/her guardian consents to the publication, via electronic, print or other media, information and/or imagery related to their participation this season. Such information and imagery may include, but is not limited to, photographs, video, newsletters, team website, social media, print media, heat sheets, and live or online meet results. If you do not wish for your athlete to be photographed for purposes outlined above, you are responsible for notifying the Head Coach and Board of Directors in a timely manner.
All photographs must observe generally accepted standards of decency in particular:

• Action shots should be a celebration of the sporting activity and not a sexualized image in a sporting context.
• Actions shots are NOT to be taken or retained where the photograph reveals a torn or displaced swimsuit.
• Photographs are NOT to be taken from behind swimming blocks at the start of a race or exhibit a child climbing out of the swimming pool.
• Photographs are NOT to be taken in locker rooms or bathrooms.
